What we do with you, in 30 days
We don't sell automation. We give owners back the time day-to-day operations take from them. The ALGORITM program comes down to five deliverables:
- A full audit of your bottlenecks. A bottleneck is the place where work piles up because it is waiting on you. We find them, we put a number on what they cost in hours and we tell you which one to start with.
- Three automations delivered. Your three main bottlenecks run without you. The first automation is in production in 7 days.
- Three process playbooks. Three key processes leave your head and become playbooks your team follows without you.
- Group coaching every week, for 8 weeks. In a cohort of two businesses.
- Your team trained. They learn the tools and the reasons behind them, so everything keeps running once we are gone.

Who is behind it
My name is Mathias Pouliot and I founded The ALGORITM in 2026, in Lévis. Since I was a kid, one thing has fascinated me: building things that work. It started with Lego blocks. Today, it is systems that run a business without everything landing on its owner.
The other thing I care about is freedom, and the freedom these systems give to the people who use them. You cannot give your best when you spend your days wrestling with day-to-day operations. An owner who puts out fires is not leading.
