How it works
- The free audit(30 minutes): we name your number-one bottleneck and estimate how many hours it costs you each week.
- The full audita 150-question questionnaire, a 7-day time log and two or three short interviews with key employees, followed by a priority report.
- Three automations delivered, each tested on a copy before it touches real clients or real data. When the input is free-form text (client emails, quote requests), we use an AI agent that drafts and lets a person decide.
- Three documented processes, weekly group coaching for 8 weeks, and your team trainedon the new tools.

An example from a real engagement
A lawn care contractor in the Québec City area was retyping every client into QuickBooks before building each quote. We built the whole path: the request comes in from his website, the client is created in QuickBooks, and a draft quote is built with the right service and the price from his own price list. He reviews, adjusts if needed and approves; he is the one who sends it. It runs on a server chosen by the business and was tested live on a QuickBooks sandbox in October 2026. We will publish an hours-saved figure only once it has been measured.

What tools do you use?
Mostly n8n, an open-source automation platform, connected to the software you already use: email, calendar, QuickBooks, Google Workspace or Microsoft 365. We pick the tool after we understand the process, never before.
How much of my time does it take?
A 7-day time log (a few minutes a day), the audit questionnaire, access to your tools and one group coaching session a week for 8 weeks. We handle the build.
Do you work in English?
Yes, on request. Our studies and articles are published in French; you can browse them in our resources section.
How much does it cost?
The audit is free and commits you to nothing. The programme terms are presented on the call, if it's a fit for you.
